Property Summary

We completely refurbished this home by creating a more modern layout with upgraded finishes. First, we removed all of the carpeting throughout the house and restored the original hardwood floors.
We redesigned the kitchen to be a more efficient, and featuring new stainless appliances, granite countertops, updated lighting, an under-mount sink, and a kitchen island with ample storage and bar seating.
The upgraded bathrooms now glisten with travertine tile, new fixtures and vanities…  
Finally, we rebuilt the front porch and painted the exterior, and even finished the basement to expand living area to make this a truly desirable property.
